I had the pleasure of having Ms. Neicy as my Instructor during my time in Cosmetology school. Not only is she incredibly talented, but one of the most passionate hairstylists I have ever seen!
She is a wonderful educator who finds unique ways to make things, make sense.

Neicy is one of the best Educators that I've ever come in contact with. From day 1, she was informative, patient and kind. You can tell that she truly cares about her students and providing them with the tools to help them become successful in their dream career. She has a way of explaining things that makes it easy to understand.
I went through some hard times personally during my education in cosmetology. Neicy could see when it was becoming too much, helped me to calm down when things became overwhelming, and helped me think things through.
I can't thank her enough for all of the knowledge, wisdom and support she shared with me through my journey.

I had the pleasure of being one of Ms. Neicy's students this past year for cosmetology school. I am Muslim and cover my hair. When I started school, Ms. Neicy was one of the first people to push for me to feel comfortable in the Salon setting. This was important for me because I needed to learn how to make my own clientele feel comfortable in a salon setting that may not accommodate their needs.
Ms. Neicy is also a hands-on Instructor, who makes it her mission to not only teach you the techniques needed for the industry and dedicates herself into making sure you understand and commit to memory the information.
This was critical for me when I was in school.
